Shipping & Payment Info

Due to the custom nature of products at Rockrose Crafts, processing times may vary. Items in stock will generally ship within 3 - 5 business days. Custom items and Special Orders may take up to two (2) weeks to complete and ship.

Payment can be made by Credit Card via Square's secure services. Local customers (Fort Worth, Texas, 76123) who have chosen hand delivery can pay by cash. A receipt will be provided. Rockrose Crafts does not accept PayPal.

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are calculated and added at the time of sale based on the specific delivery address entered, and delivery option chosen, at the point of purchase. NOTE: Shipping and delivery charges in Texas are taxable.

• Tracking numbers will be provided for shipped packages. If a package has not been delivered by the expected delivery date, please contact your local post office to determine the location of your package. If you cannot resolve the issue with your local post office, please contact rockrosecrafts@gmail.com for assistance.
• International orders are not accepted at this time.
